Hi, I’m Brady Vandagriff! I’ve been helping people transform their lives through fitness for over three years as a certified personal trainer. With a personal training certification and a strength and conditioning certification, I specialize in bodybuilding, strength training, and mobility, though I’m comfortable and experienced with all forms of fitness. My approach to training is rooted in understanding that every individual is unique. I focus on finding the communication style that resonates with each person—whether that’s a more intense, driven approach or a laid-back, steady pace.

I believe in teaching the fundamentals first—posture, bracing, and proper form—so that you can build a strong foundation for your fitness journey.
